Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to make a return or exchange. Here’s how it works:

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • All original packaging/tags should be included.
  • Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
    • Scarves
    • Jewelry
    • Hijab Accessories
    • Discounted or Sale Items
    • Tailored Items
    • Gift Cards

BOGO Deals:
Please note, Buy 2 Get 1 (BOGO) deals are only eligible for exchanges, not returns.

How to Return or Exchange:

  • If you need further assistance or have concerns about your order, feel free to reach out. In some cases, we may be able to accept a return to the original payment method, depending on the circumstances. Please keep in mind the cost of the return will be deducted from your final refund.

Store Credit Only:
All returns will be refunded as store credit.

Return Shipping:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. All shipping fees paid on your original order are non-refundable.
  • If your item is over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your return.

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you via email whether your return has been approved. If approved, your store credit will be applied to your account.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your store credit yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account for updates.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company—sometimes processing takes time.
