LaMeera Tailoring

For your convenience we introduced LaMeera Tailoring Service to customize your dress length to your liking.

To choose tailoring service, simply:

  1. Choose your product
  2. See Bundle tailoring option near add to cart button
  3. Select your dress length
  4. Add selected bundle to cart
  5. If you have a discount, Apply code at Cart Page

Note:

  • It will take us about 2-3 days extra for tailoring services
  • You can redeem your LaMeera Loyalty points to save on tailoring
    • You need to login to redeem your points
    • You will get a discount code, add it to cart page

FAQ's

Our return/exchange policy is any unworn items within 30 days from the delivery date and in its original condition can be returned.

Standard shipping usually takes about 1-2 business days. We also offer pickup from store.

Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours from the order date. Any orders placed on the weekends are processed and shipped on the next business day.

Once orders have been shipped out of our warehouse and USPS are in possession of the package, they are responsible for that package. If your tracking information shows your package has been delivered but you are unable to find it:

1. Confirm the shipping address you gave us is correct.

2. Check in with your neighbors to ensure it wasn’t mistakenly delivered to their house.

3. If you’re still unable to find you’re delivered package, please contact USPS (or the shipping carrier) and file a claim. We will do our best to assist you with the process contact us at: contact@LameeraModa.com.

Refunds are processed within 1-5 business days after we have received your return. If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days contact us at contact@LaMeeraModa.com

Please note that all shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable

If you are missing an item from your order or were sent the wrong order, please contact our Customer Service team within two days of receiving it and let us know your issue.

You will not be charged any shipping fees and we will replace the item for you.
