Shipping policy
Standard shipping usually takes about 1-2 business days. We also offer pickup from store.
Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours from the order date. Any orders placed on the weekends are processed and shipped on the next business day.
Once orders have been shipped out of our warehouse and USPS/UPS (or the shipping carrier) are in possession of the package, they are responsible for that package. If your tracking information shows your package has been delivered but you are unable to find it:
1. Confirm the shipping address you gave us is correct.
2. Check in with your neighbors to ensure it wasn’t mistakenly delivered to their house.
3. If you’re still unable to find you’re delivered package, please contact USPS (or the shipping carrier) and file a claim. We will do our best to assist you with the process contact us at: contact@LameeraModa.com.
