Our return/exchange policy is any unworn items within 30 days from the delivery date and in its original condition can be returned.
Standard shipping usually takes about 1-2 business days. We also offer pickup from store.
Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours from the order date. Any orders placed on the weekends are processed and shipped on the next business day.
Once orders have been shipped out of our warehouse and USPS are in possession of the package, they are responsible for that package. If your tracking information shows your package has been delivered but you are unable to find it:
1. Confirm the shipping address you gave us is correct.
2. Check in with your neighbors to ensure it wasn’t mistakenly delivered to their house.
